Egg pancakes

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 3⁄4cmilk
1⁄3cmargarine (melted)
1 1⁄4cflour
1⁄4csugar
1tsalt
2tbaking powder

Notes

Serve rolled around fruit filling and dusted with powdered sugar.

Instructions

Crack eggs into bowl, beat until foamy. Then add milk and margarine. Sift flour, sugar into mixture while stirring. Add salt and baking powder.

Pour into non-stick frying pan and cook one side for 2:00 and the other side for 1:00.
